chocolate covered strawberry cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix, mixed according to package directions
1 box strawberry cake mix, mixed according to package directions
1/2 batch of cream cheese frosting, or any other frosting that you want top them with
Instructions:
Preheat the oven according to the cake mix directions. Spray your cupcake pans with non-stick cooking spray. Put a spoonful of brownie mix in each cupcake hole, and top with 2-3 spoonfuls of strawberry cake batter. Bake according to the cake mix directions. Cool completely before frosting.
